Breakfast is serious business here at Essence - we take eggs seriously! Organic eggs cooked low and slow - which result in creamy, soft deliciousness never any of that nasty high temperature overcooked tough stuff! Cooked with McClendon Farm sweet peppers and chives served with a rosemary ham steak and our warm gruyere cheese croissant! Breakfast special today.

Caramel Cafe Glacé - because this is how we roll! We take our Organic Nicaraguan Coffee locally roasted by Espresso Italia and blend it with our rich caramel sauce, vanilla paste and organic heavy cream! We also make vanilla and mocha glacés with our own sauces. Nothing like homemade!

Peach Central 🍑over here! And tomorrow it’s National Peach Pie Day. We were lucky to receive a special delivery of these Palisades Colorado peaches and they are soooo good! One bite and there’s this luscious juice running down your arm - remember that?! Come get peach goodness all weekend! 😍🍑

New stuff, my favorite part of summer - new product testing! Cookies, breads, pastries - I love it all! This is a Hayden Mills Wheat Sourdough that makes a killer breakfast toast. This weekend we will have honey wheat brioche with streusel, cream cheese danish and sampling new cookie!

New cookie and I CANNOT stop eating them! Valrhona Chocolate Chunk Cookie - crackly on the edges with a soft, chewy chocolate center of Dulcey Valrhona Chocolate Chunks sprinkled with Fleur de sel. Tastes like the best brownie-cookie combo. 😍
